1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the PrestaShop modules (downloadable software) offered by EBEWE on ebewe.net. Sales are reserved for professionals: companies and self-employed people buying for their business. Custom development is subject to a separate quote.
The seller is EBEWE, EURL registered under number 534 016 035, 615 chemin des Sources, 40140 Magescq, France, contact@ebewe.net. Full details are given in the legal notice.
2. Modules
Each module is described on its page: features, compatible PrestaShop and PHP versions. Before buying, it is up to you to check that the module suits your shop. If in doubt, write to me.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
- Customers in France: French VAT is added.
- Customers in another European Union country with a valid EU VAT number: invoiced excluding VAT, reverse charge by the customer.
- Customers outside the European Union: invoiced excluding VAT.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed from the cart, after creating a customer account in your company’s name, with its SIRET or EU VAT number, and accepting these terms. They are paid in full, with the methods offered through PrestaShop Checkout. A confirmation is sent by email, and the invoice remains available in your account.
5. Delivery
The module is delivered as a download from your customer account as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
6. Licence
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the module on a single PrestaShop shop. The licence also covers that shop’s development and staging environments.
You may adapt the code to your shop. You may not resell, distribute or make available the module or its code, modified or not. The module remains the property of EBEWE.
7. Support and updates
For one year from purchase, you receive the module’s updates (fixes and compatibility) and email support at contact@ebewe.net for its installation and use. Adapting the module to a specific need is subject to a quote.
After one year, the module keeps working; updates and support are no longer included.
8. 30-day money-back guarantee
For 30 days from your order, you can ask for a refund of a module, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@ebewe.net. The refund is made with the payment method used, within 14 days of the request. The licence ends: you uninstall and delete the module.
9. Right of withdrawal
As sales are reserved for professionals, the right of withdrawal of the French Consumer Code does not apply. The guarantee in article 8 still lets you get a refund for 30 days.
10. Liability
Back up your shop before installing or updating a module. EBEWE’s liability is limited to the price paid for the module concerned and excludes indirect damage, such as loss of revenue.

12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, please write to contact@ebewe.net so that we can find an amicable solution together.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Dax (Tribunal de commerce de Dax).
